SFP-08215-S2 is a F-Band, X2 passive multiplier that utilizes GaAs Schottky, beam-lead diodes and a balanced circuit configuration to generate 2nd order harmonics with good harmonic and fundamental suppression. This multiplier requires an input frequency range of 45 to 70 GHz at +16 dBm RF power to yield typical 90 to 140 GHz at +2 dBm typical output power. The multiplier is equipped with a WR-15 waveguide with UG-385/U flange as its input port and a WR-08 waveguide with UG-387/U-M flange as its output port.
