SBP-4735233430-1919-EP is a U-Band GaN power amplifier with a typical small signal gain of 34 dB and a nominal Psat of +30 dBm across the frequency range of 47 to 52 GHz. The DC power requirement for the amplifier is +28 VDC/0.5 A and is enabled or disabled via TTL input. The mechanical configurations is an inline structure with WR-19 waveguide with UG-383/U-M Anti-Cocking Flange as its input port and output port. Other port configurations, such as 2.4 mm connectors and WR-19 waveguides for either the input or output port, are also available under different model numbers.
