Introducing Our Four Business Units

Eravant’s mission is to make millimeter wave (mmWave) and sub-terahertz (sub-THz) radio frequency technology more accessible to scientists, academics, and engineers by lowering budget, knowledge, and experience barriers traditionally found in the mmWave space.

Working With Eravant

Equipped with amenities like an ISO 8 Cleanroom, two anechoic test chambers, and a high-performance lab, Eravant is dedicated to it's mission of enabling future technology.

Terahertz Products

Eravant THz components cover the frequency range of 100 to 300 GHz and include antennas, antenna accessories, low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, mixers, frequency mul􀆟pliers, and many other waveguide components.

Eravant Space Heritage

Eravant has delivered more than 50,000 components and hardware for commercial, military, and space applications since its inception. The presentation shall review successful flight programs that incorporated Eravant hardware such as the Perseus-M Satellite and the Argomoon Satellite.

Antenna Measurement Services

In-house antenna measurement services can be performed for most catalog antennas offered by Eravant. Standard services offered are gain and 2D radiation pattern measurements. Customized test parameters can also be requested on a case-by-case basis.

LN2 Calibrated Noise Sources

Noise sources have many uses in Test & Measurement applications. Most commonly, they provide reference signals for measuring internally generated noise levels in components and systems.

Cryogenic Component Testing

Eravant can offer cryogenic component test services using a custom built cryogenic test chamber. The chamber features a two-stage GM type cryo-cooler that provides around 1 Watt of cooling power at 4.2K and a compact turbo pumping system.

Thermal Vacuum Component Testing

Eravant offers thermal vacuum test services. The chamber can simulate the extreme temperature ranges and vacuum conditions required for space-qualified component testing.

S-Parameter Measurement

Eravant provides comprehensive S-Parameter testing services for both coaxial and waveguide systems. For coaxial systems, we offer testing from 0.01 to 110 GHz in a single sweep, and for waveguide systems, we cover 18 to 325 GHz, offering full-band single-sweep testing across various frequency ranges.

Noise Figure Measurement

Eravant offers precise and reliable noise figure testing services for amplifier components, employing the Y-factor method as the most common approach.

Phase Noise Measurement

Eravant offers industry-leading phase noise testing services, utilizing real-time cross-correlation measurements for exceptional accuracy.

Power Measurement

Eravant offers precision power level measurement services spanning from DC to the sub-THz range, up to 500 GHz. Utilizing advanced diode detector power sensors, we cover a wide dynamic range (-70 to +20 dBm).

Proxi-Flange™ Contactless Flange is a waveguide sectiondesigned to eliminate the requirements of perfect mechanical contact. Wave-Glide™ is a rail structure designed allow the millimeterwave VNA extenders to perform an easy alignment and connection.

Uni-Guide™

Uni-Guide™ is a waveguide connector. The way it is used is exactly the same as a coax connector but offers a waveguide interface. Uni-Guide™ reshapes the current microwave and millimeter-wave packaging technology.

One Millimeter (1 mm) Connectorized Components For Test & Instrumentation

Many Eravant one-millimeter (1 mm) connector-based products are developed and are readily available for the industry to adapt.

Waveguide Quick Connects

Tight space between the test set and DUT may make the connections between the test set and DUT difficult or impossible. Two models are offered to cover operating frequency from 33 to 1 THz or beyond. We only need to use two thumb screws to make the waveguide connection easily reliable.

Uni-Guide™ Extended Frequency to 110 GHz

Eravant has expanded the Uni-Guide™ product line to higher frequencies up to 110 GHz with the addition of WR-15, WR-12, and WR-10 models

Uni-Guide™ Patented Waveguide Connector

The newly patented devices are compatible with existing coaxial interfaces. They greatly reduce the effort and cost of providing waveguide signal ports on hermetically sealed components.

mmWave & Sub-THz Radiometers

Direct detection based radiometric receivers that can be used to measure the average power of the noise coming from a physical object in frequency ranges of 75 to 110 GHz and 110 to 170 GHz.

Direct Reading & Programmable Attenuators

Eravant has developed millimeterwave and Sub-THz “hybrid function” direct reading and programmable waveguide rotary vane attenuators for high level precision calibration, system power level control, and automated testing.
