SBP-9239633514-1010-S1 is a power amplifier with a typical small signal gain of 35 dB and a nominal saturated output power of +14 dBm across the frequency range of 92 to 96 GHz. The DC power requirement for the amplifier is +8 VDC/250 mA. The mechanical configuration offers a right angle structure with WR-10 waveguides and UG-387/U-M flanges. Other port configurations, such as an inline structure with WR-10 waveguides or 1 mm connectors, are also available under different model numbers.
