STG-12-S1 is an E-Band noise figure and gain test set that extends the noise and gain measurement capabilities of common and low frequency signal synthesizers and noise figure meters to the frequency range of 60 to 90 GHz. This extender is designed to interface with industry standard noise and gain test systems, such as the Keysight 8970A/B and Y Factor measurements with a spectrum analyzer. It can also interface with most noise and gain analyzers in the 10.0 MHz to 1.6 GHz frequency range. The down-converter requires 10 to 15 GHz at +3 dBm input power as its LO, which can be obtained from a standard 20 GHz synthesizer, such as Eravant models STL-SG-022203-S1 or SOT-02220313200-SF-B6.
