Measuring antenna pattern and gain accurately is often a challenge. It is not only due to the demand of expensive test equipment, but also the requirement of skilled and knowledgeable workers. Eravant has conducted a study showing that today's mature EM solvers produce accurate simulated data. Coupled with the use of modern manufacturing tools, such as CNC machine centers, wire EDM, EDM Sinkers, and 3D printers, we can realize the simulated antenna with very little inaccuracy.
